After many months working out the details and planning Calabogie Peaks’ new development focus, we are very pleased to announce that the Township of Greater Madawaska has granted “approval in principle” of the new plan. The Base Mountain development will consist of approximately 236 stacked townhomes in six, eight and twelve unit blocks nestled at the foot of our mountain. This new proposed plan will create a real community at Calabogie Peaks Resort and provide an excellent base for long term sustainable development throughout the various future development sites. Planned unit sizes vary between 1,100 and 1,400 square feet.
LA Group is consulting on the entire planning process of the new plans at CP working with engineers and architects to ensure the project is not only feasible, but also a huge success. When the time comes LA Group will be marketing each phase of the development as they become available.
