Construction on the first block of stacked townhomes at Upper East Side has begun! The first block of 8 units will be occupied by mid-April of 2010. The block will also house a sales centre.

Construction of the model unit and sales centre has started at Old School Condos in Renfrew. The sales centre is opening on October 20, 2009. More details to follow as this fascinating restoration project continues.

The renovations at 222 Prescott are now complete and we have been getting tremendous feedback. This is a full restoration prject that has returned the home to its original heritage state. Construction on the stacked town units is progressing well, the attached photo shows the architect's vision for the project starting to take shape.

Demolition is starting in order to make way for the new luxury terrace homes.

Servicing and roadways are under construction for eQuinelle's recent release of bungalow town homes. The new roads include the developments main entrance, eQuinelle Drive, as well as Regalia Way. The foundations for the townhomes are almost completed and LA Group eagerly awaits to start building the impressive new units.  Meanwhile crews are working arduously in the school restoring structural details and putting in new services for the 11 loft apartments.
