Currently, LA Group, working closely with its clients, is remodeling historical buildings; constructing a new residential condominium building; a 76 unit multi residential development; and developing a 110 acre parcel of land that will accommodate over 1,500 homes. In the future, LA Group’s focus will be on the planning, development and construction of activity-based community projects that promote conservation and energy efficiency.

Its award-winning commercial and residential projects include Timbermere, a contemporary community in Stittsville; Village Walk in Manotick, 35 bungalow town homes; Montmartre on the Market, boutique-style condominiums in Ottawa; and 222 Prescott Street, a heritage restoration in Kemptville.
